1. Guided Tours: Discover the Stories Behind the Trails
Guided by TrailWatch or Project Crow, these tours will provide a closer look at the exhibition, highlighting the stories behind each TrailWatch user’s journey and the message behind the exhibit. Suitable for the public interested in Hong Kong’s natural ecosystems and hiking culture.

2. For Creative Enthusiasts: Dialogue ・Eco-Art

Meet featured artist and science illustrator Nicole Kit (揭紫琪) and curators from Project Crow, as they discuss capturing the beauty of nature through art. Nicole will share insights into her scientific illustration process, from observing Hong Kong’s unique flora and fauna to translating these into detailed illustrations that highlight the richness of biodiversity. Curator Kwan Long-hei will also explain how exhibitions can tell nature’s stories and bridge the gap between art and ecological understanding.

3. For Educators and Nature Lovers: Dialogue ・Nature Education

Join retired primary school teacher and translator of The Natural Almanac of Hong Kong Mr. Pang Yuk Man and current high school teacher and TrailWatch participant Keith as they discuss integrating nature education into everyday teaching. They will share their experiences in sparking curiosity and concern for nature among students. This event is ideal for educators and the general public interested in conservation.

4. For Trail Explorers: Dialogue ・Exploring Ancient Trails

Teddy Law from Oasistrek, a featured TrailWatch user, shares his knowledge of Hong Kong’s historic trails. His talk will cover his experiences exploring these ancient paths and uncovering the beauty and history that lie within, suitable for those interested in Hong Kong’s historic trails, heritage, and conservation.

5. For Stream and Nature Photographers: Dialogue ・Documenting Streams

Photographer and featured artist Li Hiu Wa and veteran stream explorer Daniel Chan Yuk Ming will engage in a dialogue about the art of documenting Hong Kong’s streams. Li will discuss his visual exploration and how he captures the intricate patterns of the landscape through his lens, while Daniel will share his 30 years of experience observing and documenting these natural landscapes. Ideal for photography and stream enthusiasts.
