Photography & filming agreement and data processing notice
In Relation to Hike and Seek: TrailWatch 5th Anniversary Exhibition
I hereby consent to the capture of my image/voice in photos/video/audio recordings by TrailWatch. I understand that I may withdraw my consent to be photographed, filmed and/or recorded at any time prior to the photography, filming or recording.
I further understand that, subsequently, TrailWatch may process (or authorise the processing of) the photograph(s), footage and/or audio recording(s) for promotional and/or marketing purposes. I understand that editing may be required by TrailWatch or by agents authorised by TrailWatch for quality or technical purposes and that the image(s) and/or recording(s) will be stored securely in appropriate file formats on servers belonging to TrailWatch and/or its authorised agents.
TrailWatch is committed to processing personal information in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and will ensure that the rights and interests of data subjects are weighted appropriately.
I hereby explicitly grant to TrailWatch the non-exclusive right to store, use, reproduce and publish any photos/videos/audio recordings taken of me on the occasion in question (including by copying, adapting and by issue and communication to the public) for promotional and/or marketing purposes,in both printed and digital form; and to authorise such use and reproduction as may be deemed necessary by TrailWatch to facilitate use of my contribution for the purposes hereby permitted.
I am aware that I have the right to ask for my photos/videos/audio recordings to be removed from TrailWatch’s records and, after such request, TrailWatch will not use it in any new material. I have the right to be informed if the processing of my personal data is affected in a way that may have a negative impact on me. For this purpose, I provide my contact details to enable TrailWatch to contact me.
