App小貼士 – 個案舉報 Tips : reporting incidents

TrailWatch手機應用程式的舉報功能，於去年接收超過三百個舉報個案。在過去數年中，「廢物傾倒」個案連續蟬聯第一位，即平均每兩日有一宗舉報個案。行山同時舉報郊野垃圾黑點，一起監察及守護香港的郊野！

Over 300 incidents had been reported through the incident reporting function on the TrailWatch App last year. In the past few years,  “waste dumping” has been the top 1 reported category, with an average of one incident being reported every two days.  You can surely help safeguard our countryside by being on the watch and reporting any waste hotspots or suspicious incidents while hiking. 

 

• 按「喇叭仔」舉報可疑郊野破壞 Tap on “megaphone” icon to report any suspicious incidents

如遇到可疑郊野破壞，首先注意個人安全，確保環境及位置安全，便按「喇叭仔」向TailWatch舉報。

When any suspicious incidents are spotted, always prioritise your own safety. When you are in a safe environment, tap on the “megaphone” icon to inform TrailWatch of the incident via the app.  

 

• 提供個案詳情Provide essential information

1. 拍照  Take photos.
   嘗試以不同角度及遠近拍照，以提供更全面資料Try to take photos of the incidents from different angles and distance to provide more visually comprehensive information.
2. 選擇個案類別 Categorize the incident
   選擇一個個案類別以便跟進：捕獸器 動物屍體 石屎化山徑 危險 破壞 傾倒泥頭 海洋垃圾 可疑活動 斬樹 廢物傾倒 水源污染  其他 Select the most appropriate category to facilitate more efficient follow up actions. Categories include: Animal Traps,  Carcass, Concrete Path, Danger, Destruction   Fly-Tipping, Marine Litter, Suspicious Tree Felling, Waste Dumping, Others.
3. 描述 Provide description
   如有其他補充資料，歡迎提供。

 

• 發佈 Submit

​提供個案詳情後便可發佈。成功提交個案後，GPS定位功能會實時記錄確實位置，讓我們與相關部門跟進清理。

The report is ready for submission once all the relevant information are provided. During submission, GPS location will be logged automatically at real-time, allowing us to pinpoint the location and follow up with the responsible authorities.  

• 跟進 Follow Up

於「總覽」的「我的舉報」可瀏覽曾發佈的舉報，以及跟進個案最新消息。用家亦可再次更新該事件報告，以提供最新資訊。

You may track the status of all your reported incidents under Dashboard > My Report. Users can also update the report with the latest information.
