Its December and we are well into the hiking season! We hope everyone will take the opportunity to visit the country parks. For every 5 hikes using the app, you can earn a limited edition Hong Kong Mountains series badge. The badges feature popular Hong Kong mountains, Sunset Peak, Lion Rock, Pat Sin Leng, Tung Ping Chau and Tap Mun. Don't forget to head out and trek with TrailWatch!
How to earn your badge:
1. Like the TrailWatch facebook page
2. Share the post and Leave a comment "Let's protect Hong Kong's country parks" and Tag 2 friends
3. Use the app TrailWatch to record 5 hikes and set the routes to "Public"
* Note that one of the trails have to be within the country park area
* And at least one of the routes must include the routes featured on the badges
4. After recording all 5 routes email your TrailWatch User ID and your registered email address or your Facebook ID to [email protected]
* Please state which of the badges you would like.
* One badge can be exchanged for every 5 hikes tracked with TrailWatch
5. Administrators will verify the routes and send successful applicants details on how to collect their badges.
6. The campaign will end 29 February 2016.
7. The badges can be exchanged from February 2016 and when exchanging please bring along the official email notice from the organizers for verification.
